Matt Pedrone has direct sales, sales management and business management experience over the past 25 years in the consumer brands, building products and industrial coatings segments. His deep expertise in the marketplace makes him a business savvy professional with the personal commitment to increase customer’s revenue growth, obtaining goals through partnerships and programs - driving up sales and establishing sustainable profitable growth in multiple product lines.

 

Approaching three decades, Matt possesses a track record of showcasing abilities to influence key decision makers, overcome market conditions and implement strategic change from daily management of multiple people, various resources and skills to maximize results.

 

His first 40+ hour job was as a painter for one of the largest painting contracting companies in Upstate New York.  That company’s specialty - being the best.  That overarching premise stuck with Matt and is how he has prided himself ever since: Don’t try to be an expert on everything or you'll end up being far from your best at it.
